• Submissions for a specific contest or requested call for submissions - must adhere to the submission guidelines. These may change for each contest/call for submission. Refer to the guidelines published by dōsyna COLLECTIVE.
• All Submission Guidelines are distributed via automated email to dōsyna COLLECTIVE Subscribers and Members using Mailchimp.
• Essay Contest Ownership and Rights: Participants retain the copyright to their work but grant dōsyna COLLECTIVE the first publishing rights to publish, display, or promote their essays in any format.
• dōsyna COLLECTIVE may edit essays for clarity, grammar, or formatting if selected for publication.
• Prizes: Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• Notification of Winner(s): Winner(s) will be notified via email.
• Failure to respond within 5 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Privacy and Data Use: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Disqualification: Submissions that violate the guidelines, include inappropriate content, or do not comply with the terms & conditions, will be disqualified.
• Submissions received via email will not be considered. Participants must use the submission portal to submit content.
• General Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
• Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to adhere to the Submission Guidelines by dōsyna COLLECTIVE.
